HOUSECLEANING CHECKLIST & STEPS TO CLEANING:
The Standard Cleaning Services can customize because it will be delivered to you in word document.

Use the "Standard Cleaning Services" to hand out to new clients. This is great because, you are letting your clients know what exactly you clean. It also lists the extra services you provide at an additional rate. Should any problems arise concerning your cleaning services such as them claiming "you didn't clean inside our oven". You can let them know that your reasonable rate is for Standard Cleaning which you provided, and that cleaning the inside of the oven is an additional charge which you would be happen to do if they requested it. This type of scenario is very common.







RESIDENTIAL CLEANING AGREEMENT:
This is a must have. Remember it's called an agreement & not a contract. You want the customer to agree to pay for your services & you MUST HAVE THEM SPECIFY THEM.

Without an agreement you are at the mercy of the customer to pay the verbally agreed amount & you open the door for them to complain that you didn't clean this or that because you failed to specify what you wanted them to clean.

This is a general agreement, please have a lawyer draw you a contract, if that is what you need, if you need on that will protect you more. This is a basic agreement that lists the services & the fees you charge.



























New Customer Information & Estimate Worksheet

You need this form when interviewing new customers. This form is for your information helping you to stay organized with all the houses you clean & allows you to calculate a cleaning rate for their house.

This form makes given an estimate easy, & helps you to remember to ask the important questions. Such as Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Email Address, Frequency of Cleaning, Available days for cleaning etc...
